Stephanie MacNeill is a Registered Dietitian and Sports Dietitian. She works with clients and athletes to identify nutritional goals and develop a sustainable and enjoyable eating plan to help them achieve their health and performance goals.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University and Foods and Nutrition from Western University. She then completed a Masters of Health Science in Nutrition Communication and dietetic internship at Ryerson University to earn her title as a Registered Dietitian. While working as a registered dietitian, she has also completed the prestigious 2-year Diploma in Sports Nutrition offered by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
