Timing

Starting April 7, 2025, Fullscript will begin communicating with your patients about the Spring Wellness Sale. Eligible patients may receive one email before the sale.

Frequency

During the sale each patient could receive a different frequency of communications, based on their historical engagement. Each patient will receive a daily maximum of:

    • 1 text message
    • 1 push notification
    • 1 in-app message
    • 2 emails

Considerations

Once a patient orders, we will stop messaging them about the promo. However, on the final day of the sale, we may remind them that they have a final chance to save.

Your recommended communications schedule

To complement the messaging efforts Fullscript is making, we suggest that you send a “teaser” one or two days ahead of the sale, and then promote the sale each day it runs.

Use these tips to record a successful social video

The dos of social videos

Keep it short, 15 seconds is the most recommended.
Add subtitles, platforms like TikTok and Instagram can auto generate these.
End with a call-to-action, such as “place an order today!”

The don’ts of social videos

Don’t film in bad lighting. Natural lighting is best.
Don’t leave in clips or dead air, like waiting for the recording to start. These can be trimmed directly in many social platforms.
Don’t speak quietly. Ideally, record your audio with a separate mic rather than using the output of the camera.
Mobile app

Help them save and stay adherent, too

The Fullscript mobile app can increase patient adherence by 40% compared to the web platform. Recommend the mobile app ahead of the sale so patients can stay adherent after the promo and:

  • Get a push notification about the sale earlier than email-only subscribers
  • Shop and refill on-the-go, keeping health top of mind.
  • Use dose reminders to stay on track when life gets busy.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the sale three days long?

Based on feedback from both providers and their patients during previous promotions, we’ve proactively extended the sale by one day so that patients have ample time to enjoy the offered savings.

When will you communicate with my patients?

We’ll be communicating with patients via email, push notification, SMS and in app pop up. The exact communications (frequency and type) patients receive depend on which channels they are subscribed to and eligible to receive messages from.

All communications will happen from April 7–10, 2025.

Where do I find my online store link?

You can find your online store link on the first page when you sign in to your Fullscript account. Look for “Patients can access your dispensary by going to:” in the bottom tile. Copy and paste the online store link into your promotional communications.

What discount will I be providing?

You can choose the additional savings you offer patients in increments of 5%. This would stack on top of the store and individual discounts, with a maximum discount total of 35% in the US and 25% in Canada.

For example, if you currently offer a 10% discount and you opt in to the promotion with an additional 10% discount, your patients will receive a total of 20% off during the promotion.

Can I adjust my dispensary discount or individual discounts during the promo?

No, you won’t be able to adjust your dispensary discount or edit individual discounts for patients at all between April 4 to April 10. Doing so increases the risk of miscommunicating the discount to patients, which could lead to confusion and/or errors.

Can I publicly advertise the discount amount?

According to our Acceptable Use Policy, you’re not able to advertise specific discount amounts  on public channels. For example, you can make a social media post saying there’s a sale, but you cannot say there’s a 20% off sale.
