Fullscript is considered a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and is compliant with all applicable rules and regulations of HIPAA. Fullscript is committed to keeping all protected health information (PHI) that we may receive from or with respect to our customers private and secure. As a company, we require that all employees sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment and we train all employees on the HIPAA requirements. 

Fullscript is committed to keeping all PHI and sensitive personal information secure and to ensuring our systems and procedures are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and is specifically committed to:

• Continuing to develop safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to PHI;
• Abiding by the requirement to encrypt PHI; and
• Maintaining a secure environment for PHI.
